Fitting Instructions
You've never seen a feature wall like this before!
All Murals and Canvas come complete with fitting instructions and/or care instructions. Always check your mural before installing, as we cannot assume liability for the cost of replacing a mural once it has been pasted.
YOU WILL NEED:

Cutter, scissors, bucket, wallpaper brush, scraper or metal ruler, sponge roller, soft brush.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean your wall, removing any rough edges, dirt, previous wallcoverings or oil based paints. Removing skirtings will ensure a neater finish.
- Prepare the paste as per the manufacturers instructions, (we recommend a heavy duty paste such as Henkel's Metylan which is also suitable to use for sizing the wall. Texture should resemble pancake mix consistency. Allow paste to thicken for approx 30 minutes.
- Size the wall. (x2 water to paste). Sizing the wall with diluted paste will allow you to manipulate pasted wallpaper into correct position. Allow sizing to fully dry before commencing with wallpaper.
- Draw a diagonal line across the middle of the wall and horizontal lines representing each panel. You will use these lines as a guide to ensure a straight end result.
- Lay out your mural in panels in sequence starting with panel number 1, roughly trimming excess if needed.
- Apply glue to back of design, taking glue all the way to the edge of your panel.
- Apply pasted panel number 1 to wall. Using roller or soft brush, smooth out from middle of your panel to edges, removing any large air bubbles as you go.
- Prepare panel number 2, as before, applying glue and pasting to wall, allowing an overlap of approximately 1-2mm.
- Repeat process with remaining panels, overlapping each panel and smoothing as you go.
- Any air bubbles remaining will disappear once your mural has fully dried.
- Allow a minimum of 2 hours drying time, then using a metal ruler and sharp cutter, trim off any excess, replace skirtings if necessary.
- Enjoy a drink, sit back and admire your new view!
